The deal establishes NBH as a leading supplier of premium steel plate products for the wind-energy segment in Europe, enabling NBH to contribute to global efforts for the transition to a less carbon-intensive society. Following EU merger approval of 11th October, the integration of NLMK DanSteel into NBH has now been formally concluded.

The transaction has been submitted for EU merger control approval.
