My role involves supervising the cross-cutting processes, as well as assisting the local processes managed by the units on each site. The challenges in this new position involve rebuilding the entire process map for NLMK Strip. As well as coordinating the three units in Manage, Strasbourg and La Louvière while taking each of their specificities into account.
