Senior foreman of the lacquering section
I started working in Strasbourg in 1985 as a Quality Manager. In 1987 I joined the Metallurgic Quality department as Quality and Statistics Manager. After that I managed the computerisation of the inspection charts and training. In 1989 I was promoted for an Assistant Senior Foreman and for 3 years where I worked as a manager and learned everything about day-to-day life on a galvanising line.
In 1992 I joined the coating section as a Senior Foreman.
A Senior Foreman has a very diverse set of responsibilities. I enjoy being on the shop floor above all. Many technical advances have been made on the lines since the commissioning of the coating line, thanks to the opportunity to work with quality employees who are passionate about their work.
