I’ve been working in NLMK Verona since 2014 in the heating treatments; it was the first time that I worked in a steelmaking industry and I have to say that it’s a very exciting and fascinating experience, because I have the possibility to learn a lot of things everyday and be part of a team that believes in his workers and their potential.
I always want to improve myself and that’s what I want to do with my unit and my team, trying to fix our daily problems and reach our goals together.
NLMK is a very stimulating and dynamic environment and I’m proud to be part of it.
