Slava Bukreev joined NLMK in 2018 as the Safety Director of NLMK International & Europe.
With over 13 years of experience in industrial safety/OHS, gained from his tenure at Alcoa and two years with NLMK Group, where he served as the Safety Development Manager in the Safety Corporate Team, Slava Bukreev brings invaluable expertise to his role.
As the Safety Director of NLMK International & Europe, Slava Bukreev leads the transformation of safety culture across NLMK’s international assets, spanning Europe and the US. He focuses on establishing an efficient safety management system aligned with NLMK Strategy 2022. Slava Bukreev achieves this by implementing effective safety tools to enhance safety awareness among employees and executing advanced safety programs.
He holds a certificate from the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health.
