Dila Izamova serves as the Chief Procurement Officer at NLMK Europe. Her role involves spearheading the development and transformation of the Procurement Function, as well as overseeing Procurement and Warehousing activities across all European entities.
Joining NLMK in May 2023, Dila Izamova brings over 25 years of experience in project management, strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, procurement transformation, and digitalization. Her expertise spans the Aerospace, Petrochemicals, and Nuclear Energy industries.
Dila Izamova holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics from Tashkent State University and a Master's degree in Microelectronics Engineering from the Catholic University of Louvain. Additionally, she possesses an executive Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from the same university.
