I first came to work here as a fitter-welder. I have a lot of different jobs. I was a foreman, a team-leader, a procurement service specialist and today I am the Head of this service. NLMK Manage is well -know and held in high regard by our partners in the industry. This is the result of the work our entire team and I am proud to be part of it. I have learned lot from my colleagues, as I have risen from fitter-welder to a management position. We have a friendly atmosphere in the team with warm relationships. Everyone is willing to come to the aid of their colleagues. Management encourages employees in their desire to take on initiative and stimulate personal development.
