Fra 2011 og frem direktør for NLMK Belgium Holdings samt for en række datterselskaber.
Han er CEO og bestyrelsesformand for NLMK International B.V, hvor han leder turnaround- og driftseffektivitetsprogrammerne.
Ben de Vos kom til Duferco La Louvière i Belgien i 2004 og blev udnævnt til bestyrelsesmedlem i NLMK/Duferco JV mellem 2007 og 2011.
Efter at have startet sin karriere som produktions- og udviklingsingeniør i 1990, havde han forskellige lederstillinger hos Iscor og Saldanha Steel (nu ArcelorMittal South Africa) mellem 1995 og 2003, hvor han sluttede med eksportsalg.
Ben de Vos har en B.Eng (Hons) Electrical og M.Eng (industrial) fra University of Pretoria.
