CEO NLMK International
Ben de Vos har siden 2011 været CEO for NLMK Belgium Holdings og NLMKs Internationale Division samt en række datterselskaber og står i spidsen for omlægning og gennemførelse af effektivitetsprogrammerne.
Ben de Vos blev ansat hos Duferco La Louvière i Belgien i 2004 og var medlem af bestyrelsen for NLMK/Duferco joint venture selskabet i 2007-2011.
Han påbegyndte sin karriere som produktions- og udviklingsingeniør i 1990, og har haft forskellige lederstillinger i daværende Iscor og Saldanha Steel (nu ArcelorMittal South Africa) fra 1995 til 2003 der endte med eksportsalg.
Ben de Vos er diplomingeniør med speciale i el samt civilingeniør med speciale i industrimekanik fra universitet i Pretoria, Sydafrika.
