I have been working in this plant since 1990. I have a fulfilling job that presents many interesting challenges during the work day, in a plant full of very skilled co-workers. There isn’t a particular part of my job I consider to be my favorite because each different aspect of the job is interesting in itself. The atmosphere in the factory is very good and we have good relationships with one another. No-one is left out, which is very important because we can learn from each other and help one another when required.
