Bertrand Michel è divenuto nel 2008 Logistics Director presso NLMK Manage e NLMK Jemappes, che allora faceva parte di NLMK e Duferco JV. È Managing Director di NLMK Manage e NLMK Jemappes dal 2013.
Bertrand ha iniziato la sua carriera come Operations Director presso Balta US.
Ha conseguito un master in logistica e gestione presso l’Alto Istituto di Logistica.
