The Company created an effective system of internal communications, which covers all production facilities and encompasses several information channels: a corporate intranet portal; corporate newspapers issued by the Group’s Russian production sites; a corporate magazine titled NLMK Group (both in Russian and in English); newsletters on the Group’s operations in Europe and the US; NLMK-TV corporate television and a feedback system.
